the staff were consistently friendly. the variety of desserts at dinner impressed me, especially considering the price point. luggage storage was convenient and free and offered easy access whenever needed. i also took advantage of the access to other nearby hotels for beach and party activities.

The staff was very attentive and caring. Mohamed took really good care of the room. Cleanliness was a top priority. Mohamed was always available to ensure everything was perfectly clean. I found the bed beautifully decorated with a lovely note on my birthday.

Egyptian cuisine can be quite different, it's a good idea to research this in advance and take precautions.
